- Remedies - we can find the problem and fix it by properly configuring
your software.
EMERGENCY ROOM:
- Diagnosis - it is imperative to determine the cause of malfunction and
we have this ability.
- Treatment - we'll provide the options and you'll make the best suitable
decisions.
- Preventative Care - must be considered because it reduces number of
emergency cases.
INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU):

Q: Can I or my
organization request a service at our location?
A: Yes, we can travel to you for your convenience, however, there
are exceptions.
Q: Can I bring my
computer personally to your repair facility?
A: Yes, simply give us a call and we'll arrange for the emergency
assistance.
Q: What can I expect to
pay for the services rendered?
A: The customary flat fee within Brooklyn is $35.00/hour plus the
necessary parts.
Q: I am located in
Manhattan/Queens/Staten Island, do I pay any extra fees?
A: Yes, a fee of $35.00 for the technician's visit plus all
applicable tolls.
Q: How, many hours are
usually required to solve/eliminate the problem?
A: Although varies, the whole repair can be finished on the spot.
You'll be satisfied.
Q: What should I know
before giving away my computer?
A: Backup and/or Delete your personal files if assistance is needed
we can do it with you.
Q: What happens to the
computer I am giving away?
A: We refurbish if possible and find a new home (usually for free)
or see RECYCLING.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
Yes, we will gladly reward
you for referring us to your friends, relatives, coworkers or even
employer. It could be the other way around, too - they can visit us.
And the reward is $10.00 for the first two (2) hours plus up to 10%
commission pay out on each additional hour, thereafter. This applies
to all completed and paid-in-full jobs.
EXAMPLE:
Your referral's job took 5 hours to complete. The reward is
following: $10.00 for the first 2 hours and (3 hours x $35/hr x 10%) =
$10.50. Altogether, your total is $20.50 just for this one job.
That's right! You
will also be credited for all the future jobs. It's only fair and
your effort has to be rewarded. If you think otherwise, please let
us know.

Q: Can I refer myself?
A: No, this breaks the natural cycle of the free market and
ultimately gives no benefit to you.
Q: How can I
start referring and earning?
A: If you are an experienced sales (man, person, liaison)
send us your credentials and your intent to provide services. After
that you can proceed with what you do the best. Your first pay out,
however, will start with your third referral - this will show us your
seriousness.
